Who doesn't love Mac & Cheese? Who doesn't love Mac & Cheese, IN A BURGER!?
With patties seasoned with our secret Arrogant rub to bring out the meatiest smokiest flavs, and our home made Mac made with some serious love, the flavours are insane! With a roux made using herb and spice infused milk, we then blend in a mix of 3 cheeses. The end result? The most delicious Mac burger you will ever taste!

We started with a dream, a dream of breaking out of the 9-5 (or 8am-11pm when you're a chef!) and using our combined experience to do it for ourselves, cooking the food we love on our own terms. One thing we thought when we started is that there just isn't enough good BBQ. We thought we would change that. Thank you to all of our faithful customers and to everyone else that is supporting us on this venture!

Gunner is our faithful Labrador mascot, trusty compainion and chief quality inspector. He is the real face of Arrogant BBQ! He often frequents our events and is always down for the juicy meats we have cooking! Expect to see him following the delicious scent of the smoker. If it isn't Gunner approved, we wont send it!
