We started with two mates Dom and Jim who were cocky enough to know their BBQ was the best around.
We don't mess around with fancy gimmicks. Everything we do is about proper BBQ — slow cooked, smoky, and dripping with flavour. Every rack of ribs, every brisket, every burnt end is cooked with care, patience, and a bit of swagger.
Our ingredients are local, our sauces are secret, and our portions are unapologetically big. We cater for everyone; meat lovers, vegans and gluten free because good food should never leave anyone out.

Built on Smoke and Stubbornness
Before Bridewell Alley, there were market stalls. Before the market stalls, there was a back garden, a second hand smoker, and two mates who refused to eat another bland burger.
The feedback was always the same: this is the best BBQ I've ever had.So they backed themselves. Started trading at events across Norfolk and Built a catering operation that's fed hundreds at weddings, festivals, and corporate events. And when Norwich kept asking for more, they opened the doors at 3 Bridewell Alley and made it permanent.
No corperate investors, No franchise playbook. Just two people who know what good BBQ tastes like and aren't afraid to say it.
