- Takeaway & Delivery: Food can be ordered via Deliveroo. Availability, pricing, and delivery times are subject to those platforms’ own terms and conditions.
- Event Catering: Catering bookings are confirmed only once we have received written confirmation from you and a deposit (if required). All catering services are tailored to your needs and priced accordingly.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Catering deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We take dietary needs seriously and offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. However, all food is prepared in the same kitchen, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Customers must notify us of allergies before ordering or booking.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Takeaway Orders: Refunds for takeaway and delivery orders are handled by Deliveroo directly.
- Catering Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event. Deposits may not be refunded if cancelled within this timeframe.
6. Liability
The Arrogant BBQ is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party delivery platforms.
- Customer negligence in handling or storing food after delivery.
- Any indirect loss or damage arising from our services.
