How We Cook

Low & Slow. No Shortcuts.

Every cut is hand selected from local Norfolk suppliers, dry rubbed with our signature seasoning, and smoked low and slow over Pitboss smokers until it's falling apart. We don't rush it. We don't fake it. And we definitely don't microwave it.
